With ‘myInvoice’ you are able to process incoming invoices and draw up outgoing invoices easily.

The digitalisation of documents is an established procedure for the streamlining of workflows. Generally though, documents are only digitalised after they have been processed as means of archiving. On the contrary HRV has developed a digital workflow called ‘myInvoice’, which includes up-stream and down-stream processing stages in the document flow of ingoing and outgoing invoices, so that those processes are optimised sustainably.

  • Working with the digital workflow, ‘myInvoice’ minimises your paper piles, as it won’t be necessary to keep duplicates.
  • Correctly verified documents guarantee a high data quality. Decentralised account assignment minimises employee expenditure and is less time-consuming.
  • Documents situated in the workflow are always attributable, tasks are clear and comprehensible.
