The digital workflow, ‘myInvoice’ keeps track of the document flow: from the issuance of invoices to the reviewing process, the account assignment and automatic entry in the ERP system through to the dispatch. All employees issue and process invoices on screen and work with our workflow systems.
With myInvoice you will be able to issue your own pdf invoices rapidly and send them via e-mail.
Thanks to upstream processes, which for instance offer the possibility to process invoices directly in the work flow before being automatically transferred to the respective ERP system, usual expenses for ERP system user licences (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Navision) won’t be necessary anymore. Moreover, you get access on up-to-date Accounting information, which will enhance your ability to act.
