The digital workflow system "myPermit" of HRV GmbH in Hamburg is a professional request-, absence and time management tool. Using this tool, the Human Resources Management is able to process information much faster and efficient without using any paper.

You may for example create, approve or denie vacation requests, time change requests, investment requests, travel expenses, or employee - inventory lists. The workflow system "myPermit" supports both flat hierarchies and complex organization structures.
Specification of Services

The request may be created using the desired template. Once all required information has been entered, a PDF document is displayed to view the entries.

The request will be forwarded automatically or on demand to the assigned approver.

Each station of the request is documented. The assigned approver gets an information via email and is able to approve the request from anywhere around the globe.

The rejection of a request takes place in the same way. Additionally the reason for a rejection may be entered.
