2014New synergies thanks to HRV’s collaboration with ISC AG GmbH.

2013HRV GmbH’s 20th anniversary (1993-2013)
Extension to Travel expense accounting (T&E) for public amenities.

2011/12Launch of the digital workflow ‘myPermit’. HR-solution for professional handling of requests for leave, absences and better time management, thanks to which the approval process can be managed online with the aid of our digital workflow.

2010Extension of HRV’s activity in consulting services

2009International alignment, cooperation with Bral, London.

2007Offering services and IT-solutions from a single source has convinced a great number of renowned companies, such as Chiquita Fruit Bar, or ALLTEC GmbH to outsource their F&A to Hamburg-based HRV.

2005In January 2005, HRV moved to bigger office spaces at Heidenkampsweg in the South City of Hamburg.

2004HRV’s new flagship product completes the product range: Thanks to the new digital workflow the company gained new major corporate clients specialised in areas other than the tourism industry, such as Warner Group Germany Holding GmbH.

2002The company compensates the decline in turnover of the previous year. The number of employees and the turnover rises rapidly.
 
2001While HRV’s growth in 1992-2000 has remained relatively stable, the 9/11 attacks had a considerable impact on its turnover and caused a sales collapse.

2000In July 2000 Christina Ahlborn takes over all company shares and becomes the only responsible managing owner. This change of ownership resulted in HRV becoming an independent service provider for F&A and project organisation with a successful expansion.

1998Also medium-sized travel agencies use expert systems for accounting and process optimisation: HRV establishes itself as a service provider for complicated cases.

1994By 1994, the number of employees grew to 45 because of the strong increase in travelling agency chains and corporate traveling service agencies which expanded HRV’s client portfolio. Those new clients included among others "TIP Reisebüro", "Reisebüro Hamburger Abendblatt", "Reisebüro Die Welt", "Sparflug" "Menzell Reisen".

1993Beside offering accounting services HRV’s range of services include the budgeting and optimisation of working processes. It also offers RBS/SAP implantation, statistics and reporting, all of which were the first outsourcing strategies launched by HRV in this sector.

1992Hans C. Bentien, Gerhard Rauther, Gerhard Sereinig and Christina Ahlborn realised that there was a need for professional accounting in the tourism sector, especially for travel agencies. They became partners and founded the ‘Hanseatische Reisebüroverwaltungsservice und Organisationsberatung HRV GmbH’ (Hanseatic Travel Agency Management and Management Consultation) with 7 co-workers in Hamburg.
