You decide if you prefer using only the workflow, or if you wish to benefit from HRV’s other services as well.

The digital workflow, ‘myInvoice’ keeps track of the document flow: from the issuance of invoices to the reviewing process, the account assignment and automatic entry in the ERP system through to the dispatch. All employees issue and process invoices on screen and work with our workflow system.

Thanks to upstream processes, which for instance offer the possibility to process invoices directly in the workflow before being automatically transferred to the respective ERP system, usual expenses for ERP system user licences (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Navision) won’t be necessary anymore. Moreover, you get access on up-to-date Accounting information, which will enhance your ability to act.
Specification of Services

Correctly verified documents guarantee a high data quality. Decentralised account assignment minimises employee expenditure and is less time-consuming.

Documents in the workflow are always clearly recognisable, tasks are clear and comprehensible.

All entries, e.g. account assignments, are automatically adopted in the accounting record – that way, misentries are eliminated.

The regular review and control routines enable access on the up-to-date process status, whether it be for tasks or process time per document.
